Fairfax Library Foundation and Fairfax County Public Library to Host “An Evening with Mary Kay Andrews”

The Foundation is pleased to announce that bestselling novelist Mary Kay Andrews is coming to the Stacy C. Sherwood Community Center in Fairfax on Thursday, April 16, at 7:30 p.m.

Meet the author of Save the Date, Ladies' Night, Spring Fever, The Fixer Upper, and other novels, as well as the Callahan Garrity mystery series. Books will be available for sale and signing.

Library Foundation Scholarship Program

The Fairfax Library Foundation established a Scholarship Program to award three different scholarships to enhance the skills and talents of current or future library staff and volunteers in Fairfax County and the City of Fairfax, subsequently enhancing the level of service the library can provide.

Programs We Support

In addition to reinforcing the need for continued and increased public support, the mission of the Fairfax Library Foundation includes serving as a catalyst for attracting private funding from individuals, businesses, organizations and foundations to enhance library services.
