The Fairfax Library Foundation was proud to sponsor “There, There: A Conversation with Tommy Orange” this past Wednesday evening. The event was part of this year’s Fall for the Book all-virtual festival.
During the event—held virtually on October 7 via Crowdcast—Orange discussed his bestselling novel There, There, his journey to becoming a professional writer, and the influence of music on his unusual writing process. Orange also answered questions from fans and VIPs during a Foundation-sponsored virtual meet-and-greet session beforehand.
Fall for the Book is an independent non-profit literary arts organization based at George Mason University that promotes reading by sponsoring a variety of year-round events and activities, the flagship of which is the Fall for the Book festival held each October.
