FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA — Winners of the Fairfax County Public Library Card Contest were unveiled today. The contest, sponsored by Fairfax Library Foundation , awarded $500 prizes to four local artists whose submissions will now be featured on special edition library cards in honor of FCPL’s new logo .
